A new knife in my inventory that I was unsure of. I thought, you know it’d be a great knife to have with bird hunting when the companion is really longer than needed. It also would be nice to toss in a camelback on the trail. All these are good, but this is my picnic knife. My wife love a good charcuterie board and it’s the perfect knife to grab along with a nice salami and some aged cheddar to be able to slice in the park while keeping a low profile and without using a lint covered pocket knife. The Scandinavian grind is also surprisingly good at cutting cheese without getting stuck.
