Order Fulfillment
Cogburn Engineering LLC fulfills orders on a made-to-order basis and can take up to, but not limited to four weeks to produce. Cogburn Engineering also sells a limited amount of used/as-is commodities that may ship as soon as the entire order is prepared.
Returns
Returns are at the discretion of Cogburn Engineering LLC. Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
If you wish to return, refund, or replace your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. As a curtesy, please include reasons for your desired return. Return requests can be sent to cogburn.arsenal@gmail.com
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Refunds or Replacement
Refunds or replacements are at the discretion of Cogburn Engineering LLC. Grounds for consideration of refund or replacement are as follows:
-incorrect parts delivered,
-lost deliveries,
-poor workmanship, or
-fails to meet reasonable expectations
If you wish to receive a refund or a replacement, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. Please include evidence to support the aforementioned grounds for refund or replacement. Requests can be sent to cogburn.arsenal@gmail.com

Warranties
Cogburn Engineering LLC does not have a warranty for its products expressed or implied. Replacements for lost, worn, or broken parts are up to the customer. Exceptions may be decided at Cogburn Arsenal’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Communication
Communications, including but not limited to, comments, reviews, and blog posts made on this website (cogburnarsenal.com) are subject to review and curation by Cogburn Engineering LLC. Communications can be removed for lewdness, inciting to violence, personal attacks, factual errors, overt advertisement, irrelevancy, and other criteria as would conflict with building a community of continuous improvement and learning by both Cogburn Engineering LLC and customer.
Safety
Cogburn Engineering LLC recommends that all parts interacting with pressure bearing surfaces (including, but not limited to barrels, chambers, receivers, and bolts) be installed or reviewed by a gunsmith for safety. Additionally, parts should be function checked for potential hazards before firing. Firearms are inherently dangerous and should only be used with the correct and common personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to: hearing protection and eye protection. We do not accept any liability for personal injury related to lack of personal protective equipment or negligence of maintenance of firearms or ammunition.
